Digital Products (Courses, E-books, Downloads)
All products sold on LangAdvance are 100% digital and delivered instantly after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience any technical issues (such as broken links, corrupted files, or access problems), please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations (Digital Products)
Once your payment is completed and access is granted to the digital content, the order cannot be canceled.

Membership Subscriptions
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time from your billing page.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current active subscription period.

Refund Policy
All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where there is a verified technical issue that prevents access to the purchased content and our support team is unable to resolve the problem.

Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and available local payment methods depending on your country.

International Orders
All products are digital. No physical shipping, customs fees, or import taxes apply.
